LIFE stands for "Learning in Fun and Engaging
Way", an after- school programme that aims to provide some creative space
for Temasekians to participate in the Maker Movement.
This year, the LIFE programmes is held on every odd week
Wednesday at the school library and PSG parent volunteers will be teaching
Temasekians to learn handicrafts like rainbow looms,
origami flowers, ribbon works and beads making while the
D&T teachers will inspire the students with LittleBits, Automata and other
Makerspace fun.
PSG member Grace Tan conducted a workshop on pebble painting
stone on 15th July 2015 and was well attended by Temasekians. We look forward
to more of our parent volunteers joining and sharing their skills in some of the crafts with the
students.
