Temasek Secondary School held its Open House 2010 on Saturday, 20 November. Visitors to the school’s annual Open House were warmly welcomed by the school staff, students and members from the Temasek Parent Support Group.Eager to show off their skills at performances and mastery of their chosen CCAs, the entire school was buzzed with excited students.
The event saw many energetic students grabbing the attention of an endless Stream of visitors who came to witness first-hand the school environment and its Ambassadors. PSG was very proud to be part of this milestone, year after year. PSG members actively engaged parents to help them understand more about the school and life as a parent of secondary school students.
“The strong support from a sizable turnout of parent volunteers who were very enthusiastic in introducing the group and sharing experiences with parents who wish to enroll their child in Temasek Secondary School was heartening” commented Mdm Elizabeth Chong, PSG member and parent of a Secondary Two student.The presence of an impressive number of parent volunteers on that day only goes to show our support and belief in the school system and its mission.
PSG thanked all committee members and PSG members, Elizabeth Chong, Helga Tan, Christie Kamala, Helen Wee and May Mee for their time and effort in joining us.
